Spring is here and so is our new 6-week Rookie League season! Join us this spring for Friday afternoon skills clinics with Coach Rob, Sunday mini-games with Coach Stella and our high school coaches, and a jamboree finale with pizza and donuts. Registration is open now!
Registration is open for our Spring '26 Rookie League! This 6-week program features 12 sessions—Fridays are skills clinics led by Coach Rob, and Sundays are all about mini-games run by Coach Stella and our team of high school coaches. Players choose two Sunday game slots each week, and the season wraps up with a community jamboree (with pizza and donuts!). All sessions are at Fletcher Middle School in Palo Alto. The $225 fee covers all 12 sessions and the finale, and families from our Rookie referral program can claim their credits! Program Highlights
6-week season: April 17th – May 24th
12 total sessions: 6 Fridays and 6 Sundays
Fridays: Skills clinics led by Coach Rob, 6:00–7:15 pm at Fletcher Middle School
Sundays: All mini-games run by Coach Stella and our team of high school coaches, games at 11:00, 11:45, and 12:30 (players should choose two sessions each week)
Last Sunday (May 24): End-of-season Jamboree from 11:00–1:00 pm with pizza and donuts!
Skill Development
Every session includes fun warm-ups, skill stations, and drills focused on basketball fundamentals
Players improve their skills and build confidence in a positive atmosphere
Clinics and games are designed for all ability levels
High Level Coaching
Friday clinics led by Coach Rob focus on ball handling, footwork, and shooting
Sunday mini-games are organized and coached by Coach Stella and our high school coaching team
Players are grouped for best development and fun

Registration fee: $225 for all 12 sessions & the Jamboree
All players need a 4CITY Rookie jersey (reuse from previous seasons or purchase a new one at registration)
