All Star teams are selected during the Winter City League season.  Players from each winter league team are nominated by their coaches and teammates to try out for the All Star team, which is then selected by a qualified head coach. Depending on division sizes, there are either one or two teams per division. These teams then play in area tournaments against AAU or other club teams, often with success. One tournament is out of town.

The 2023 All Star program will conduct tryouts in mid January and begin practices in early February. Teams will play three weekend tournaments from late February through mid March.

NOTE: only players who participate in Winter City League during the Winter Season are eligible to try out for a 4CITY All Star team (exceptions only made for injuries or extended absences).
