Our Pro-Training program allows players of all abilities to get intense, small-group instruction to develop key skills more rapidly. With private basketball training, it's 100% about the quality of the coaching—and at 4CITY we have some of the best in the business. Only 4CITY Master Coaches lead all pro-training sessions. They have years of experience working with players at the youth, high school, collegiate and professional levels.
Our master coaches utilize a goals-based approach which places joint responsibility on the coach and the player to achieve objectives. All of our training is done in conjunction with our 4C Philosophy, and recognizes that becoming proficient at basketball is as much mindset as it is physical ability. They don't ask "how good do you want to be?" but instead "how hard do you want to work?"
For players looking to maximize development from Pro-Training sessions, we recommend scheduling multiple sessions in one week increments so there is time to see results. We offer a discounted 10-pack of sessions, which comes with a personalized plan for how and what players should practice on their own to achieve their goals.
FEES: $75/hour
Professional coaching sessions last one hour and cost $75. Players participating in 4CITY programs may purchase a 5-pack or 10-pack of Pro-Training sessions for a discounted rate.
SCHOLARSHIPS
Unfortunately need-based scholarships are not available for our Pro-Training program at this time.
Pro-Training sessions focus on customized skill development for players at all levels. Sessions are one hour, conducted outdoors, and will include anywhere from 2-8 players with similar age, skill and goals. This allows both individual and team skills to be developed.
Besides basketball skills, coaches will work on body mechanics and mindset—equally important to success on the court and a critical part of our 4C Philosophy.
All sessions are conducted by 4CITY Master Coaches.
After you purchase your sessions, you can access the latest 4CITY pro-training availability and reserve spots at our Pro-Training Reservation page.

Coach Rob attended Notre Dame University in Lebanon and graduated in 2014 with a bachelor's degree in Business Management.
Having the passion to use basketball as a platform to change the lives of others, Rob started his player development program "The Hoop Clinic" where he worked with high-level NCAA Division I athletes and international professionals; including multiple players on the Lebanese national team—many of whom are on the team which just qualified for the World Cup.
Rob then worked at 90.10 Training in Lawrence Kansas, where he assisted in sessions involving players from The University of Kansas, Michigan State, Baylor, Wichita State, Kansas State, Oklahoma, Indiana, Wake Forest, South Dakota, and more.
Rob continued his journey to the Bay Area where he brought his player development program as well as rose to head trainer and coach for Esface, a leading Bay Area basketball academy.
We are thrilled to welcome Coach Rob as 4CITY's first non-founder Executive Director. His responsibilities include running our club program 4CITY: Represent, overseeing our volunteer led programs, designing new programming such as camps (shh), and working directly with 4CITY players as a Master Coach.
INDIRA KALJO — Master coach
Coach Indira is originally from Bosnia and moved to Los Angeles at the age of six. She holds a Master’s in Physical Education and is a USA basketball certified coach. A former D1 standout at Tulane University, she was named the Conference USA Player of the Year in 2009. She ranked 13th across all NCAA divisions for her 3PT percentage at 44%.
Kaljo played professionally overseas before becoming a coach, physical education teacher and athletic director. She has coached teams from elementary school up to the collegiate level in both the U.S. and internationally.
While living in Saudi Arabia Indira cofounded a sports academy which included basketball, jiu-jitsu, and tennis from toddlers to adults. She also helped develop the first professional women's basketball leagues in the country, coaching teams that won the first ever championship.
Upon moving back to the U.S, Indira coached girls teams with NBA All-Star Otis Birdsong. Since residing in the Bay Area, she has coached both boys and girls teams to championships at the middle school and high school level. This past season she served as the head women's coach for Gavilan College. She has also led the 4CITY Girls All-Stars to two consecutive championships!
Indira is an advocate for girls participation in sports throughout the world, especially in the Muslim world. She has promoted girls sports in Turkey, addressed the Doha Goals forum on Changing the Perception of Women in Sports in Qatar, spoken at the Special Olympics in Los Angeles, and walked in the opening ceremony with the Palestinian delegation.
Coach Indira loves developing the skills and "basketball IQ" of young players and is thrilled to be working with the athletes of 4CITY. She says: "it is the 4C Philosophy, the wonderful players, and the opportunity to work with Justin and the Board, that has me committed to developing both the new and more experienced players in the 4City family."
We feel lucky to have Indira working with 4CITY and serving as a role model for our community's kids—especially our girls!
